We keep it green by filtering and recycling all of our waterjet cutting water through a closed loop abrasive removal system keeping any contaminants from going down the drain.
Here is an example of the quality of a Fiber Laser cut (on the left) verses a Dynamic Waterjet cut (on the right). The laser cut may be slightly cheaper, but the waterjet edge will offer a cleaner cut, offering quick clean up time.
This is an example of 1/4” thick brake pad material for a replacement part that was only available through a European supplier. The price to create the CAD file and cut the parts with a short lead time made this an affordable option for our customer.
